General Parking

Free parking is available for most events throughout the year except the Vigo County Fair, where a small parking fee applies.


Main parking is accessible from U.S. Highway 41, with additional parking spaces located on the West side of fairgrounds. A second entrance is also available at the West Gate off Union Road for easier access during larger events.

Accessible Parking

Designated accessible parking spaces are available near main entrances and buildings, as well as in the lot behind the bleachers for convenient access to the grandstands and event areas. A valid state-issued accessible parking permit or plate is required.

Camping & Overnight Parking

Overnight parking at the Fairgrounds is counted as camping. Visitors planning to stay overnight should refer to the Camping page for rates, check-in information, and facility details.
Year-round camping is available on-site—learn more on the Camping tab for details about hookups, reservations, and amenities.

Oversized Vehicles & Trailers

RV, trailer, and bus parking is available for select events and through our camping facilities. Please contact the Fairgrounds Office for information on space availability and permits.

Directions

The Wabash Valley Fairgrounds is conveniently located on the south side of Terre Haute, just off U.S. Highway 41.

  • From I-70: Take Exit 7 onto U.S. 41 South. Continue approximately 3 miles; the Fairgrounds entrance will be on your left.

  • From Downtown Terre Haute: Head south on U.S. 41 for about 10 minutes; the Fairgrounds will be on your right.

  • For GPS: Enter “Wabash Valley Fairgrounds, 3901 S US Hwy 41, Terre Haute, IN 47802.”

  • Please lock your vehicle and keep valuables secure.

  • No parking in fire lanes or restricted zones.

  • The WVFA is not responsible for damage, theft, or loss of property.
